1.  An apple is a type of fruit that is grown on an apple tree.

7.  Apples are used to make apple juice, cider, vinegar, apple sauce and many different kinds
of desserts.  

8.  Apples contain Vitamin C as well as many other antioxidants. 

9.  Apples are also a good source of fiber. 

10.  Scientists and doctors are beginning to believe there might be some truth in the
old saying, "An apple a day keeps the doctor away!"
